No, Members do not need to pre-book tickets online. Please purchase tickets at the entrance at the member’s price.  

The Membership can only purchase at the gallery. Our staff will gather member information at the entrance. 

And don’t forget, if you’re not yet a Member and would like to upgrade to a Membership, you can do this at the entrance on your way out and we’ll deduct the cost of your admission ticket – a bit like try before you buy!

No, Metart Members will only receive a digital member card. Simply tell your name/phone number to the staff at the entrance, and our staff can find you in the system. 

Family membership is for a family who has at least one child under 12 years old. This membership can be used for up to 4-person families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. 

For those with annual memberships, there is a minimum one-year commitment meaning you are unable to cancel your membership part way through.

If you would like to sign up to become a member, we are able to deduct the cost of your ticket from your membership. You are able to do this on the day of your visit at our admission entrance.
